1. Our Agreement
1.1 This website is operated and managed by The First Arab Company for Art Works, under the brand name MUR Gallery. The company is registered in Amman, Jordan, with the Ministry of Industry and Trade under registration number 2311310/65452/2, with its main address at Amman - Sweifieh - Abdul Rahman Al-Hajj Muhammad Street, Building No. 42. Our branches are located in Amman at Mecca Mall, Ground Floor, and Galleria Mall, LG Floor, both operating under the brand name MUR Gallery.
1.2 Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they explain the rules governing the use of this website and the method of providing the products that you can purchase through it. By using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions that govern the agreement between you and the company.
1.3 The company reserves the right to change the content of this website, including these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice, by posting the changes on the website. It is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes. 2. Terms and Conditions of Use
2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Site and all orders you place for the Products advertised therein.
3. Orders
3.1 All orders placed through the Site are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
3.2 Submitting an order is considered an offer from you to purchase the Products.
3.3 After receiving your order, we will send you an email to confirm receipt, which means acceptance of the order.
3.4 Once the order is accepted, it becomes a legally binding contract between you and the Company.
3.5 If you encounter any problems with your order, the Customer Service Team will contact you.
4. Product Specifications
4.1 We strive to provide an accurate description of the Products on the Site and each Product is accurately described on the Product Page, however, slight variations of 5% in colour or appearance may occur due to monitor settings or other factors.
5. Delivery
5.1 We strive to deliver Products as quickly as possible, usually within 10 working days for artwork. If delivery exceeds 15 days, please feel free to contact us via email [email protected] .
5.2 All shipments must be signed for upon receipt. Please check the products upon receipt and match them with the invoice and ensure that they are free of damage. Any shortage or damage must be reported via email [email protected] within two days of receipt.
5.3 The responsibility for the products passes to you upon delivery to the specified address. We are not responsible for loss or damage of the products after delivery.
5.4 You are responsible for complying with all local and international laws regarding the possession, use and sale of the purchased products.
Customs and Taxes:
You are responsible for complying with local customs regulations. Any additional fees such as customs or taxes are your responsibility and are not borne by the company.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 We do not accept returns or refunds for confirmed orders, unless the product is defective or damaged. The product can be returned within 7 days for a replacement. Please contact us at [email protected] for details.
6.2 If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will bear the shipping cost. If the product is found to be free of defects, we reserve the right to refund the costs associated with the return.
7. Cancellation by us
7.1 We may cancel your order or part thereof in the following cases:
The requested product is not available.
It is not possible to deliver to your country.
In these cases, we will notify you and refund the amount paid.
7.2 If we discover an error in the price of the product, we will notify you of the correct price. You may confirm the order at the new price or cancel it.
7.3 We are not obligated to provide additional compensation for cancellation.
7.4 We may cancel or suspend your use of the Site in the event of a breach of the Terms.
7.5 We reserve the right to modify or suspend the Site or the Services at any time without notice.
7.6 You agree to indemnify us for any claims or damages resulting from your breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the Site.
